Neuro-samais an independent VTuber; unlike others who useLive2Davatars, Neuro-sama is a truly "virtual" streamer—her actions, such as streaming games and conversing with the audience, are allAIcontrolled.
Her predecessor was an AI developed by Vedal for playing rhythm gamesosu!, a learning-based AICyber Wife, possessing extremely high skill in rhythm games, even capable of competing on par with world-class players. After adding streaming functionality, she used the public free modelHiyori Momose(which has now been replaced) to debut as a VTuber on Twitch, garnering significant attention due to her unique nature as an AI streamer.
As an AI streamer, Neuro-sama can interact with the chat like a normal streamer, talk with collaboration partners, and occasionally say philosophical things; through additional game AI, she can also playMinecraftandSlay the Spirerelatively complex games. Through the vision system carefully designed for her by the developer, she can also understand images and watch videos.
Neuro-sama's biggest feature is her interaction with others or the chat. She can easily understand complex rhetorical devices such as puns and use them fluently; in addition, she can understand the emotions contained in sentences. Combined with her occasionally nonsensical logic, her interactions with others—especially with her developer Vedal—have become her biggest highlight.
