Phaethon's Story
Phaethon's Story is the main story mission of the game, which primarily tells the story of the protagonist's life and adventures in New Eridu.

There are 5 common Attributes for Agents:Physical、Fire、Ice、ElectricandEther。
In addition, there are special AttributesFierce Frost、Xuan MoandFrigid Blade, these attributes calculate damage and buffs based on the common attributes mentioned above, and only Agents with special identities like Void Hunters possess such attributes.
Currently, there are 6 Specialties: Attack, Stun, Anomaly, Support, Defense, and Bane.
Attack:Possesses strong damage-dealing capabilities, specializing in rapid direct attacks to deal massive damage, defeat enemies, and end battles.
Stun:Possesses strong control capabilities, specializing in rapidly accumulating Daze to put enemies into a Stunned state and create damage windows for the entire team.
Anomaly:Possesses strong debuffing capabilities, specializing in rapidly accumulating Attribute Anomaly Buildup to weaken enemies and deal damage by triggering Attribute Anomalies.
Support:Possesses strong auxiliary capabilities, specializing in providing buffs to allies to improve the combat efficiency of the entire team.
Defense:Possesses strong survivability, specializing in countering enemies while taking hits to accumulate advantages for the team during intense combat.
Shatter:Combines both damage-dealing and survivability, specializing in dealing massive damage by ignoring enemy DEF through Penetration DMG. This specialty is newly added in Version 2.0.
The primary attack types used by Agents include Pierce, Strike, and Slash, with attack types varying between different Agents.
Agents can be developed through leveling up, replacing/enhancing W-Engines, upgrading skills, and activating Mindscape Cinema.
Level
"Inter-Knot Credit" can be obtained by completing commissions, consuming Battery Charge, etc., to gradually increase the Inter-Knot Level. When the Inter-Knot Level reaches 20/30/40/50, players must complete Inter-Knot Reputation promotion missions to break through the limit and continue leveling up, with a maximum level of 60.
Promoting Inter-Knot Reputation will unlock more content, including increasing the level caps for Agents/Bangboos/W-Engines, unlocking more story content, and unlocking more challenging Commissions.
Gameplay
Combat Simulation
By consuming accumulated Battery Charge, players can battle 1-5 self-selected enemies (specific or random) to obtain corresponding basic materials as well as materials for Agent Promotion, W-Engines, and Agent Skill Enhancement. For each enemy set, the Battery Charge cost increases by 20, with a maximum of 100 Battery Charge per stage. The more target enemies, the more rewards obtained.
Routine Cleanup
Players can engage in combat by consuming accumulated Battery Charge to obtain Drive Disks, costing 60 Battery Charge per attempt.
The above two gameplay modes now allow for direct acquisition of rewards by consuming Ether Batteries.
Expert Challenge
Players can battle specific elite enemies by consuming accumulated Battery Charge to obtain materials for Agent Core Skill enhancement, costing 40 Battery Charge per attempt.
Version 1.6 added "Burnout Mode," which, when enabled, consumes 80 Battery Charge for double material drops from the stage.
Simulated Battle Trial
Added to the game in the Version 1.3 update as a permanent gameplay mode, it serves as the game'sTower Climbingmode. In this mode, players use their own trained Agents and Bangboos to challenge floors one by one, defeating powerful enemies to earn rewards.
During challenges within the same stage, the Agents' HP will be carried over and will not recover; it will only be fully restored after completing that stage.
Enemies in each mode will receive the enhancement effect "Corruption," which can be countered and eliminated using specific strategies.
Reaching specific floors will grant different levels of Medals of Honor based on performance.
After reaching Floor 25, the "Endless Battle Floor" will be unlocked. In this challenge, you can continuously fight increasingly stronger enemies without a stage end, and Agents' HP will not recover from any external sources. The highest floor reached will be recorded.
After Version 1.5, a new mode "Battle Trial: Dead End" was updated. Before challenging each floor's enemies, you can choose one of three effect combinations, and after clearing each floor, you can receive rewards from the chosen combination (HP, Energy, Decibel Value, etc.).

After exceeding the attempts, you must enable "Deep Hunt" mode and consume Battery Charge to continue obtaining rewards, costing 60 Battery Charge per attempt. The free challenge attempts reset every Monday at 04:00 (server local time).
