However, the true Administrator remains an incredibly mysterious figure, and few have seen the Administrator in person.
Factions and organizations of all sizes across the Civilization Ring generally know that Endfield Industries possesses such a very special "trump card," but that is the extent of their knowledge.

The Administrator is the inventor of Protocol Originium technology and the leader of Endfield Industries. At the moment of the Administrator's birth, on Talos-IITerrathe number of people was 128,793. In Year 5 of the Talos Calendar, the First Angel War broke out. The Stargate at the north pole of Talos-II, along with the "First City" surrounding it, wereAngeldestroyed along with the Anchor, severing the connection between Talos-II and Terra. Civilization on Talos-II was once on the brink of extinction. The Administrator led the newborn Talos-II people in a counteroffensive against the Angels, successfully repelling them in Year 15 of the Talos Calendar and banishing the invaders to the Overworld. However, both the Administrator and the Originium were severely damaged, forcing them into slumber. From Year 15 to 17 of the Talos Calendar, the Talos-II civil war, known as the "War of Shame," broke out. Ultimately, because the seeds left by the Administrator sprouted in time, the civil war was halted, the "Habitable Band Convention" was signed, and the Habitable Band began to take shape. In the following decades, the development of civilization on Talos-II got back on track, and cities rose again in the south. The Administrator woke and slept time and again, helping humanity develop steadily. However, the scars on the Originium were never healed, and the Administrator's physical condition worsened with each awakening. During the Union's development of Valley No. 4, the Administrator once planted an Originium Arts product, the "Originium Tree," in the vein source area. This tree, composed of Originium and continuously producing it, supported the Union's exploration of Valley No. 4 and was destroyed around Year 132 of the Talos Calendar to combat the giant Angel "Astra." In Year 139 of the Talos Calendar, the Angel forces returned from the Overworld, and the Second Angel War was about to begin. The awakened Administrator began preparing for an expedition, executing Commission No. 0 and deploying the Protocol Core. However, this awakening pushed the Administrator's sacrifice beyond the limit. In Year 142 of the Talos Calendar (ten years before the game's main storyline), the Administrator provided immense help in the implementation of the Xirang Project and the establishment of Wuling City, before falling into slumber once again during the expedition. |

PerlicaTogether with M3, [they] execute the Zero Commission left by the Administrator ten years ago to awaken the Administrator from the Originium. During the awakening process, the Administrator's consciousness enters a snowy field at a depth of -1.000 (the Internalized Universe of pure Originium), where they encounter a mysteriousCyclopsgirl's summoned giant El-Agenes, and a fierce battle ensues. After El-Agenes' self-destruction, the Administrator arrives in a completely blank space, touches the Protocol Core wrapped in green plants, retrieves their Protocol Originium, and returns to the real world from within the Originium. Upon waking up, the Administrator finds they have lost all memories. Perica introduces herself and the Administrator's identity, leading the Administrator to re-familiarize themselves with the Di Jiang and Talos-II. She introduces the Administrator's greatest invention—Protocol Originium technology and its ultimate form, the Protocol Core—and more importantly, its duty: "Restarting Life." |

While Perica is introducing the Di Jiang and Protocol Originium to the Administrator, Liaison Fiona sends a maximum alert to the two, stating that the planned landing site and even the entire Valley IV are in danger: the orbital landing site relay drone swarm is undergoing continuous self-destruction; extremely strong Angel energy signals have been detected; and the Hub Base has fallen silent. Perica decides to take the Administrator to land in Valley IV immediately. After landing in Valley IV, the Administrator and Perica clear the Angels inside the Hub Base and destroy the anchors producing them, only to unexpectedly find a group of Aggressors also present at the scene of the attack. With the help of Chen Qianyu, who arrived upon summons, they defeat these Aggressors. After confirming the safety of the personnel inside the base, the Administrator and the others head to the site designated for deploying the Integrated Industrial System's Protocol Core. They defeat the Aggressors entrenched there and discover that the Aggressors' behavior is closer to occupation than looting. To restore power to the Hub Base, the Administrator authorizes the descent of the Protocol Core, repairs some equipment by deploying the Integrated Industrial System, and activates the Resonance Tower through the Protocol Core, restoring the Hub Base's power supply After entering the Valley Fortress, the four choose an uncontaminated path to avoid the corrosive smoke produced by the Bone-Crushing Clan's signature structures, the "Nest Eagles," only to discover a group of refugees hiding from the clan. The four help these refugees as much as they can and deploy a Secondary Protocol Core in an open area to help them establish a temporary settlement. Later, guided by the refugees, the four enter the Bone-Crushing Clan's camp through a ventilation duct. After entering the Bone-Crushing Clan's camp, the Administrator, under Wolfgard's guidance, uses explosives to destroy the Nest Eagles emitting toxic smoke, and follows the Bone-Crushing Clan leaderNephthys's speech into the Valley Fortress. In the Valley Fortress, Nephis sends Rodin to attack the four, who is defeated by their combined efforts. Afterward, the four attempt to pursue Nephis. Upon reaching the top of the fortress via an elevator, the Administrator is pulled into an illusion by Nephis. Nephis states that although the Administrator has lost their memory, they will still become a savior and a tyrant, claiming there is no difference between him and her. She then seals the path with Originium crystals erupting from the ground. After the path is destroyed by Nephis, Wolfgard manages to leap over the obstacles to continue the pursuit, while the Administrator, Perica, and Chen Qianyu choose to return to the Hub Base to discuss a strategy with Qin Jiangchi. To reach the Power Highland, the Administrator and the others need to use the Integrated Industrial System to repair a batch ofUnion Guildengineering vehicles and pass through the Originium Research Park to enter the Power Highland. After repairing the engineering vehicles, the Administrator supports the evacuation of workers from the Abori Quarry, and then, followingXixithe guidance, returns to the Di Jiang and completes the repair work on the various compartments and the main control center of the ship. After returning to Valley No. 4, the Administrator, Perica, Chen Qianyu, and Qin Jiangchi reviewed the situation in front of the Integrated Industrial System deployment area. Qin Jiangchi introduced the importance of the Originium Power Station and the Trans-field Proving Ground on the Energy Highland to the Administrator.And it led to what is currently the most classic iconic scene in the game:Just as Qin Jiangchi was telling the Administrator that the power station was easy to defend and hard to attack, and as long as nothing happened there—her words were cut short. The stable Trans-field Rift on the Energy Highland was suddenly torn open by Nephthys, a black hole appeared in the sky, and the depth readings of the entire Valley No. 4 increased sharply. The Wolf Guard and Andre informed the Administrator of the Groundbreakers' movements and the Trans-field eruption on the Energy Highland. To rescue the victims on the Energy Highland, the Administrator, Perica, and Chen Qianyu would travel through the Originium Research Park to the Energy Highland with the TA-TA prototype, which can suppress rift expansion and erosion reactions. After Yvonne completed the repairs and upgrades to Tata, the three bid farewell to Yvonne and took Tata to the Vein Source Area where the Syndicate's families lived. Upon arriving at the Vein Source Area, they saw three standing anchors, but the scan report sent by Fiona indicated that the number of Angels in the Vein Source Area was unusually low. Because the highway from the Vein Source Area to the Energy Highland was cut off, the three needed to enter the long-abandoned Cradle of Generations and take the cableway to the Energy Highland. After arriving at the Vein Source Area, they learned from Alia, who had escaped to seek help, that a Groundbreaker had helped the Syndicate. Upon entering, the three discovered it was the Wolf Guard's younger sister,Rossina Lupo Lupino, and the Administrator received a warm welcome from his fangirl and heard several outrageous rumors about himself from her:

In short, Roxy and the Administrator's trio exchanged information, and she guided the three to find Elphas of the search and rescue team for more intelligence. From Elphas, who was on the verge of a mental breakdown, the Administrator's trio learned that the Angels were gathering deep within the Cradle of Generations, and that the three anchors located there would release terrifyingly powerful shockwaves. After comforting Elphas, the Administrator's trio received a contact from Roxy and learned from Royle of the exploration team that there might be a connection between the appearing anchors and the barrier of the Cradle of Generations. Additionally, Originium branches on the ground could withstand the shockwaves. The Administrator's trio arrived before the last remaining Originium sapling and heard Grandma Jenna, the sapling's guardian, tell the history of the Cradle of Generations and the Great Originium Tree. As the Administrator reached out to the Originium sapling, they saw a vision of themselves planting the Great Originium Tree. Just as the three were marveling at this, the anchors and Angels suddenly became active, and the three immediately engaged in battle against the Angels. Although the Administrator's trio fought with all their might, they were still surrounded by Angels. Roxy suddenly arrived, telling the Administrator's trio to deal with the anchors first while she stayed behind to hold off the Angels. After entering the Transport Zone, the Administrator's trio used the barrier created by Originium branches to evade the shockwaves and destroyed the three anchors in sequence, opening the path into the Cradle of Generations. They also learned from two other exploration team members that it was Nephthys who planned the anchor attack on the Vein Source Area. Deep within the Cradle of Generations, fragments of a giant Angel from decades ago, awakened by the anchors, combined into a new Angel—"Trinity." A fierce battle broke out between the Administrator, Perica, Chen Qianyu, and the entity. At the end of the battle, the Administrator used Originium to seal Trinity's movements, Perica shattered Trinity's core, and Chen Qianyu pulled the Administrator away from the shockwave generated by Trinity's collapse. Where Trinity fell, a new sapling of the Great Originium Tree sprouted from the ground. After leaving the Cradle of Generations, the Administrator's trio followed an abandoned passage to the Energy Highlands. Upon entering the Originium Power Station and defeating several Earthshakers blocking the way, a signal from someone claiming to be the station manager, Crow, connected to the comms. Crow first warned the Endfield trio to stay away from the power station, but upon learning that the visitor was Perica and that the Administrator was also present, Crow switched to inviting the three to discuss matters together. On the way, the Administrator's trio learned from a Union worker they happened to save that Crow planned to fully release the electrical energy stored in the energy pools to completely level the Energy Highlands along with the Earthshakers on it. After arriving at the control room where Crow was, the Administrator's trio tried to persuade Crow to abandon the mutually destructive plan. It wasn't until Crow saw the TA-TA prototype, designed by himself and improved by Yvonne, that he finally agreed to give up the plan to perish together with the Earthshakers. After assessing the situation and discussing countermeasures, Crow proposed a new plan: to request the deployment of military resources sufficient to destroy the Earthshakers from the Union by sending the "Ironing Command," and commissioned the Administrator's trio to find the workers previously sent to retrieve the keycard and transmitter. After obtaining the keycard and transmitter, Crow led the Administrator's trio and the workers outside and activated the "Ironing Command" transmitter. However, awkwardly, after a series of dialogues,The Union's troops and bombing would still take some time, and someone needed to manually place bombing beacons at the Nesting Eagle. After the Administrator's trio set the beacons at the Nesting Eagle, the Union's bombing covered the entire Energy Highlands, destroying the Nesting Eagle, and the Administrator's trio then rushed to the Overzone Test Site. At that moment, a triangular portal suddenly opened, and an unknown language came through, demanding Nephthys stop. Nephthys turned toward the portal with some reluctance. The Administrator tried their best to imprison Nephthys with Originium, but their strength fell short in the end; Nephthys easily broke free from the Originium crystals and walked into the portal, leaving the Overzone Test Site. At this time, a large amount of Erosion flowed from the rift in the sky toward the three who were lying on the ground, and Tata's body was also in ruins. During the meeting, the representative from Hongshan Academy inquired about the Administrator's health, the All-Union Syndicates stated they would conduct a global manhunt for the Bone-Crusher Clan, and the representative from the Inter-Tower Chamber of Commerce informed everyone thatthe Iron Vowhad discovered activity signals other than those of the Angels. The speed of hyper-domain spreading was accelerating, and traces of hyper-domain energy activity appeared in the south. The Civilization Ring would support Endfield Industries' actions and provide the Administrator with priority passage rights. Hongshan Academy proposed that Endfield Industries support the Wuling Scientific Development Zone, where the situation was similar to Valley 4 but with more frequent hyper-domain energy activity, which Perica agreed to. After the meeting, the Administrator leaned back in the bridge chair alone, recalling the actions in Valley 4 and immersing themselves in that pure white space once again. After waking up, the Administrator saw Perica talking with an unfamiliar white-haired Feline woman about their amnesia. Adashir then realized she couldn't talk to the Administrator and summoned a portal to leave. The trio discovered erosion gushing from the destroyed Tianshi Post, and Angels surrounded them. Fighting while retreating, they boarded a bamboo raft, but it was sunk by a large Angel that suddenly emerged from the water. The trio was swept away by the current, and the Administrator and Chen Qianyu were separated from Perica. As the Administrator was half-awake, they sensed someone sniffing and touching them, but that person was immediately kicked away by Chen Qianyu. During the standoff, Chen Qianyu and the other party recognized each other; the newcomer was Chen Qianyu's nemesis,Qingbo Stronghold The twopraised Tang Tang with an exaggerated performance—even the visual filters changed—and feigneda request to join Qingbo Stronghold so that the stronghold would help Chen Qianyu get revenge on Wuling for "driving her out." Under the falling pear blossoms, she told the Administrator about the past when the Administrator first came to Wuling, informing them that she had achieved the Administrator's goal of successfully cultivating pear blossoms on land plagued by erosion. Just as the atmosphere was perfect, a young Celestial Master ran over and informed them that a performance Celestial Pillar drone had gone missing.
