Background Information
Futa (Futa)The word is a transliteration, originating from the Japanese "ふたなり" (Futanari, written in Kanji as二形・双成り・二成り), literally meaning "one thing having two forms."
In ACG culture, Futa specifically refers to characters who possess the sexual characteristics of both sexes (female breasts, dual sexual organs, etc.), also commonly known asIntersex person/Hermaphrodite。
But this is not a purely fictional moe attribute。
True Hermaphroditism (English: True Hermaphroditism)—Due to abnormal sexual differentiation during the fetal period, this group of people is born with two types of gonads, with chromosomes being 46XX or 46XY or a chimera of both. Since cases where both sets of sexual organs develop do exist, it is no exaggeration to say that futanari do not only exist in fictional works.
In reality, such patients may face discrimination or self-identity crises and often require surgical treatment.
If we broaden our perspective to the entire animal kingdom, hermaphroditism is actually a common phenomenon, such as in some gastropods among mollusks and earthworms among annelids. Based on this, hermaphroditic settings can also be introduced when creating fictional creatures.
In the context of ACG, the origins of futanari are generally related to the world-building. For example, in some settings, futanari are a congenital normal race that can be passed down through reproduction and heredity(This type of futanari usually has OO); another type of world-building involves sufficiently advanced technology or the existence of magic and curses, allowing for acquired modification(This type generally lacks OO)。

Characteristics of Futanari
In ACG, futanari often have the following characteristics:
- In terms of appearance, they are usually, under the traditional gender system,female in appearance。
- Must possessmale primary sex characteristics and female primary sex characteristics, and usually possess female secondary sex characteristics(Generally clearly defined huge breasts)。
- Can be divided into two types: with testicles and without testicles.
- Incredible ejaculation volume (no mistake, a special moe point)...
