She interacts with her pets with a tolerant and gentle attitude like a mother, trusting them with the belief that "my pets could never do anything bad." Though she is somewhat laissez-faire.
Due to her racial characteristics, even without much direct communication with others, she can fully utilize her ability to read her opponent's thoughts and guess what they are thinking.
Being read means that while the opponent clearly doesn't want to speak, she ends up talking endlessly. However, if it's a secret, it cannot be read. Thus, communication cannot be established.
At first, Reimu thought it was convenient like telepathy, but eventually, she found it annoying as well.

Ability to read minds
Like the original Satori youkai she is based on, she possesses the ability to read minds.
It is mind-reading in the literal sense, but it seems to be at a higher level than what we usually call mind-reading; that is, easily digging out the opponent's current thoughts. However, it is limited to current thoughts. To read memories, she must first use Spell Cards to evoke trauma in the opponent's heart before reading them. Satori's mind-reading is not limited to humans and youkai; it even works on animals and speechless vengeful spirits. Therefore, she is also responsible for managing the vengeful spirits in the Hell ruins.
Limitation: The distance to the target being read cannot be too far. Additionally, she cannot know things that others have already forgotten. Another point is that becauseLoveKoishi has closed her own heart, so Satori cannot read Koishi's thoughts either.
Besides that, Satori also seems to possess the ability of hypnosis, which can evoke the opponent's mental trauma.

In Former Hell, where the loathed gather, there is one type of youkai that is particularly hated: the Satori[8]. Although they fled to Former Hell because they could not live in harmony with humans and youkai, they ended up being hated by the youkai of Former Hell as well.
The reason for this is her mind-reading ability. No one wants to meet someone who can read minds. Being read is not only equivalent to speaking to her while naked, but it also means that even a normal conversation becomes impossible. She isolated herself completely in a place in Former Hell called the Palace of the Earth Spirits, giving up on communication with anyone.
The Palace of the Earth Spirits basically has no guests. There are certainly no people who would go out of their way to visit her.
However, she is very popular with animals that cannot speak. This is because the ability to read minds is a unique and invaluable ability for animals. Because of this, many animals reside in the Palace of the Earth Spirits (*1 Miss Reimu Hakurei says, "They're just very useful slaves.").
