Introduction
In the H Era, wars using physical force no longer exist, and women hold supremacy. Within the male-free Chuo Ward, women preside over political affairs and have enacted the H Bill: prohibiting the manufacture of weapons that kill or wound humans and destroying all existing weapons.
However, conflict has not vanished from the world. The method of conflict is through devices called "Hypnosis Microphones" that interfere with the human spirit, acting on the nervous system to influence people.
Men live in areas (Divisions) outside of Chuo Ward, such as Ikebukuro, Yokohama, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Osaka, and Nagoya. MC groups representing each division engage in Rap battles to compete for territory.
In this world where battles are fought not with weapons but with words, a territorial war staking men's pride has begun.

Microphone (マイクロフォン）
A special microphone used during RAP BATTLES. Rapping through this microphone can interfere with a person's psyche, but only those with strong mental power can master its use. It changes form based on the user's identity, and speakers symbolizing each individual appear. Additionally, because the target of the attack is specified, not everyone who hears the RAP is subject to indiscriminate mental interference.
The latest model of Hypnosis Microphone newly developed by Rei Amayado. It possesses the original function of the Hypnosis Microphone to brainwash opponents. It is not yet perfect; due to its excessively high output power, it has the fatal flaw of potentially killing the user. Furthermore, mass production is impossible. The Party of Words uses clones of Ramuda Amemura to conduct repeated experiments.
Developed by the military after they took over Rei Amayado's research following his departure. Since it was customized for military use, its mental interference capabilities are more powerful than the Hypnosis Microphones developed by Rei, though it is naturally more difficult to control. They are bought and sold at high prices on the black market.
Managed by the Party of Words. It is used to negate attacks brought by Hypnosis Microphones. Once activated, the designated microphone will be forced into a temporary state of unusability.
