Tomori Takamatsu once formed a band in middle schoolCRYCHIC, and when forming the bandSakiko Togawahoped the band could become a "community of shared destiny," but the band later broke up on bad terms for certain reasons, which was a huge blow to Tomori. In the first episode, having just transferred toHaneoka Girls' Academy'sAnon Chihayato follow the trendat the KTV where the members of CRYCHIC once had a team-building sessioninvited Tomori to form a band, and Tomori, facing Anonhistory repeating itselfwas moved by the invitation, so she made a request to Anon: "Then... will you form a band with me for a lifetime?"
